Component Material
Housing: The housing of 2P 10KA MCB is made of UL94 V-0 flame retardant PA66.
Internal conductive parts: Internal conductive parts are high-purity copper or silver-plated copper alloy.
Bi-metal strip: Bi-metal strip is nickel-chromium alloy, and the arc chamber consists of galvanized steel plates. 2 poles, rated current 6A-63A optional, tripping characteristics B/C/D optional, mechanical life 20,000 cycles, electrical life 10,000 cycles, compliant with IEC 60898-1, certified with CE, CB and CCC.
Important Notes & Installation Method:
Standard 35mm DIN rail mounting: hook upper slot onto rail and press down to lock. Each terminal accommodates 1-2 wires, strip length 8-10mm.
Selection: ensure rated current exceeds load current and breaking capacity exceeds prospective short-circuit current.
Installation: work on de-energized circuits only, do not reverse line and neutral, input on top and output on bottom.
After tripping, clear fault before resetting, do not forcibly close, keep distribution box dry and clean. XENHO offers 24-month warranty and OEM/ODM customization services.
