The core stamped components of the AC Type 2P RCCB are fabricated through a composite process utilizing high-quality electrolytic steel sheet (SECC) and high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet (SPCC). Specifically, the critical components within the conductive circuit are integrally stamped from copper strip (T2 temper) with a thickness of ≥1.5mm, thereby ensuring both high current-carrying capacity and structural stability.

The surfaces of the metal stamped parts undergo a dual treatment process consisting of zinc-nickel alloy plating (with a thickness of ≥8μm) followed by insulating powder coating. This treatment enables the components to withstand salt spray testing for over 500 hours, effectively protecting them against corrosion and oxidation in industrial environments. For precision transmission components—such as the tripping mechanism—high-elasticity spring steel (65Mn) is utilized and subjected to quenching and tempering treatments; this guarantees reliable mechanical operation for over 100,000 cycles without fatigue failure. Furthermore, the selection of all materials strictly complies with the RoHS environmental directive as well as the requirements of the IEC 60898-1 standard regarding temperature rise and mechanical strength.
