The DW45 Air Circuit Breaker is a high-voltage electrical device developed and manufactured by the XENHO brand. It is designed to make and break circuits under both normal and fault conditions, while providing protection against overloads, short circuits, undervoltage, and other anomalies for the circuit and associated electrical equipment. Serving as a core protective device within power distribution systems, it utilizes a built-in intelligent trip unit to monitor circuit parameters such as current and voltage. In the event of a circuit anomaly, it can rapidly open its main contacts to interrupt the fault current, thereby effectively preventing electrical fires, equipment damage, and electric shock accidents, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power distribution system.

Manufacturing Process

Production employs high-precision CNC punching and vacuum welding technologies to ensure the precise assembly of the contact system and arc-extinguishing chamber. The housing is formed via high-temperature SMC molding, endowing it with flame-retardant and anti-aging properties. Core electronic modules are encapsulated within a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment and undergo rigorous EMC anti-interference testing as well as high/low-temperature cycling verification to guarantee long-term operational reliability. Prior to shipment, all finished products undergo full-load operational testing and random sampling for insulation performance verification; the entire manufacturing process strictly adheres to the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
