3. Bimetal Element: Nickel-iron-chrome alloy. When overload occurs, heat causes deflection to trigger the latch after a controlled delay. Performance meets IEC inverse-time curve. Different rated currents (1A-63A) require different specifications. Do not mix.

4. Arc Chamber: Stacked galvanized steel plates. Splits, stretches and cools the arc for rapid extinction.

5. Stationary Contact: Silver-alloy contact surface paired with moving contact. The base is copper or brass. Curved or flat tip design minimizes resistance.

6. Terminal: Tunnel-type design, brass or copper with tin/nickel plating. Accepts 25mm² wire, tightening torque 2.5Nm.

7. Trip Mechanism: Stamped steel parts and springs. Provides quick-close operation and free-trip function – contacts open forcibly regardless of handle position during fault.
