XENHO C65 MCB Accessories are designed for C65 type 1P/2P/3P/4P miniature circuit breakers with 10kA breaking capacity. The product range covers electromagnetic coil, moving contact, bimetal strip, arc chamber, stationary contact, terminal, operating mechanism, housing and all core internal components for repair replacement, after-sales spare parts and OEM assembly. Manufactured to original dimensions and material standards, compliant with IEC 60898-1, certified with CE and CCC.
XENHO, a professional manufacturer in China produces not only the C65 series of miniature circuit breakers but also C65 MCB accessories. Our product range encompasses electromagnetic coils, moving contacts, bimetallic strips, arc extinguishing chambers, terminals, and operating mechanisms, suitable for 1P, 2P, 3P, and 4P circuit breakers with a breaking capacity of up to 10kA.
Core Accessories:
Electromagnetic Coil: Wound with high-purity copper enameled wire, generates strong magnetic field during short circuit, opening within 0.01 seconds. C-curve: 5-10 times rated current, D-curve: 10-20 times rated current.
Moving Contact: Silver alloy contact, arc erosion resistant. Contact arm made of beryllium copper or phosphor bronze, mechanical life over 20,000 cycles.
Bimetal Strip: Nickel-chromium-iron alloy, bends when overloaded for time-delayed trip, accuracy complies with inverse time characteristic. Different ratings correspond to different specifications.
Arc Chamber: Parallel plates of galvanized steel or stainless steel, splitting, stretching and cooling the arc for 10kA high breaking capacity.
Stationary Contact: Silver alloy contact, fixed in base, works with moving contact. Contact holder made of copper or brass.
Terminal: Tunnel-type design, brass or copper with tin/nickel plating. 1-32A accepts 25mm² wire, 40-63A accepts 35mm² wire, tightening torque 2.5Nm.
Operating Mechanism: Composed of stamped metal parts and springs, featuring quick-close and free trip functions.
Housing & Base: UL94 V-0 flame retardant PA66, operating from -30℃ to +70℃, with green indicator strip showing contact open status.

Important Notes:
Confirm model, current, poles and characteristic before selection. Replacement must be performed by professional electricians with power disconnected. Bimetal strip and coil specifications must match original product. Ensure correct arc chamber orientation. Different specifications are not interchangeable.
