Core Accessories Introduction:

Moving Contact: Works with stationary contact to open and close the circuit. Silver alloy contact offers arc erosion resistance and anti-welding performance. Contact arm made of beryllium copper or phosphor bronze with good elasticity, mechanical life over 20,000 cycles.

Electromagnetic Coil: Used for short-circuit protection, wound with high-purity copper enameled wire with rust-proof iron core. During short circuit, it generates a strong magnetic field to pull the armature, opening within 0.01 seconds. 6kA breaking rating, suitable for C-curve (5-10 times rated current).

Bimetal Strip: Used for overload protection, made of nickel-chromium-iron alloy. When overloaded, it bends due to heat to push the trip mechanism for time-delayed trip, accuracy complies with IEC 60898-1 inverse time characteristic. Different rated currents require different specifications. Do not mix.

Arc Chamber: Multiple parallel plates of galvanized steel or stainless steel installed around the contacts. Splits, stretches and cools the arc for rapid extinction.

Stationary Contact: Fixed in the base, silver alloy contact, paired with moving contact. Contact holder made of copper or brass.

Terminal: Tunnel-type design, brass or copper with tin or nickel plating. Accepts 25mm² wire, tightening torque 2.5Nm.

Operating Mechanism: Stamped metal parts and springs, featuring quick-close and free trip functions.

Housing & Base: PA66 engineering plastic, UL94 V-0 flame retardant, operating from -30℃ to +70℃.

Compatible with L7S6 series 1P/2P/3P/4P, 1A-63A. Breaking capacity 6kA, insulation voltage 500V, impulse withstand voltage 4kV, operating temperature -30℃ to +70℃, UL94 V-0 flame retardant. Compliant with IEC 60898-1, certified with CE and CCC.
