The DC Circuit Breaker—also referred to as a DC Miniature Circuit Breaker—belongs to a category of miniature circuit breakers that is broadly divided into two types: AC (alternating current) and DC. While AC circuit breakers are the standard and most common type, DC circuit breakers are comparatively less frequently encountered.

When international customers identify and report an issue:

Upon receiving feedback, we first conduct a preliminary analysis. If the issue is determined to be a product defect, we will arrange for a replacement shipment. If the nature of the problem remains unclear or potentially involves other factors, the product may need to be returned to our facility for a more in-depth technical analysis.

If the issue involves specific components or parts, we will arrange for the replacement parts to be shipped out and provide appropriate financial compensation. If the customer has purchased spare parts and encounters technical difficulties during installation or use, we will provide comprehensive technical support.

We customize current ratings and breaking capacities according to specific customer requirements, offering full support for OEM and ODM services.

Our manufacturing process encompasses raw material inspection, precision stamping, contact assembly, spring calibration, arc chamber encapsulation, and finished product aging tests.

All products are manufactured under the strict governance of the ISO 9001 quality management system, with key processes utilizing automated equipment to ensure absolute consistency.

The specialized DC arc-extinguishing grids are precision-molded from arc-resistant materials; when combined with our magnetic blow-out system, they facilitate rapid and effective arc suppression.

Prior to leaving the factory, every DC circuit breaker undergoes rigorous dielectric strength testing, operational characteristic verification, and temperature rise testing to ensure stable and reliable performance across the 6A to 63A current range.

For applications in harsh or specialized environments, optional protective coatings and auxiliary contact modules are available.

Sample Delivery Lead Times

Samples of standard models are dispatched within 3 business days. Custom-configured samples require 7 to 10 business days for production and shipment.
